Shipping Process

Our order processing time is typically 1–5 business days, with shipping taking 4–15 business days.

 

Return Policy

If you notice any damage to your item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it at dreamiix.business@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package via email.

 

Damages and Lost

Please contact us immediately via our online contact form or at dreamiix.business@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

DREAMIIX is not responsible for lost packages due to the shipping process. However, if you incur issues, contact us and we will try to assist the best we can.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please use our our online contact form or contact us at dreamiix.business@gmail.com.
